Aluminium door panel characteristics:

  1. High security 10 point locking system. (Except when double doors are required a 3 point locking system is used. The Slave door has 2 shoot bolts fitted one in the head and one in the threshold.
  2. Drill proof profile cylinder and escutcheon plate displaced 60mm.
  3. The core of the door (40mm) is a combination of marine ply and high density foam with an optional extra of 2mm steel sheet in the centre creating an immensely strong door.
  4. 3 adjustable hinges cable of taking a 300kg door leaf. The central hinge incorporates an anti jacking stainless steel pin.
  5. Maximum resistance against ramming as there are no beads. The door leaf and sash are totally compact.
  6. The thermally efficient aluminium profiles have been specifically designed to incorporate the door hinges in a very secure manner and locked out with a stainless steel backing plate and allen key.
  7. Two outer frame widths are available 67mm or 100mm.
  8. Door sash and panel form a solid block of 40mm.
  9. Drip tray and wind break are incorporated in the door sash as standard features.
  10. Low threshold with 8mm height
  11. Rubber gasket incorporated in the lower door sash therefore creating a hermetic seal.
  12. The door profiles are thermally broken reducing the transmission of heat and cold.

Note: When the door is 2.00 meters high or less and we are obliged to use our three point locking system.
